Collapse
Collapse is now open as a live web app: write from story seeds, branch through choices, finish a work, publish it, and explore public creator pages. The product is still tightening its commercial backend, but the main creative loop is no longer just a concept.
How it relates to the guide
The guide asks whether ordinary people can keep judgment and voice inside the AI tsunami. Collapse asks the creative version of the same question: when possibilities multiply, someone still has to decide what deserves to become a work.
Why build it
AI can always propose another possibility, but more possibilities do not automatically create more finished work. The scarce creative ability is choosing inside an open space and carrying that choice through to completion.
What makes it strong
Collapse does not treat more generation as the finish line. It gives the work a public surface: finished works, creator pages, discovery, import/export, support intake, analytics guardrails, and PWA-ready web delivery.
What comes next
The current push is release hardening: production smoke, analytics activation, support operations, public acquisition proof, and the final paid-credit wallet authority once the billing contract is ready.
